Getting closer on the greenhouse. Was able to get all the metal pipe bent and connected in. Can't wait to get this g under plastic.
We began laying out the site for a new 18x50' greenhouse. We have been tilling the soil sice last year getting it ready. Today we laid out the corner post and set stakes.

After some nice rain showers today, the turnips look beautiful against the dark soil. These turnips and their greens are going to be used in some fantastic dishes at some local St. Louis restaurants. A couple more sunny days and the greens will be ready.
We were able to get a small patch of cilantro planted in the green house about 4 weeks ago. This weekend the cilantro was ready and add it to some fresh Pico de gallo, it was fantastic. Can wait to get this into the hands of some restaurants and see what amazing dishes they can [...]
Looking like it is going to be a great crop of blackberries this year. This was a great spring weekend, and I caught the morning dew on some of the blackberry leaves, looks like it will be a good year.
